Prices are confirmed with you in English before any work begins. The final payment is made directly to the independent locksmith after the work is completed. For larger jobs, you have the right to request a written quote (devis).
Our responsibility is limited to connecting you with a vetted partner locksmith and facilitating clear communication in English. The quality and outcome of the physical locksmith work is the responsibility of the independent locksmith who carries it out.
We operate 24/7 and aim to answer all calls promptly. Response time for a locksmith depends on location and demand and cannot be guaranteed, though we provide realistic estimates on every call.
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
